Jessica Wisocky
Jess is a leader in LGBTQ+ health, specializing in sexual health and HIV care. An early adopter of long-acting injectables for prevention and treatment, she secured access to these therapies in the Merrimack Valley. During the 2022 Monkeypox outbreak, she launched local screening and treatment to ensure equitable community care.

Bossi boots
Bossí Boots is a drag artist, performer, DJ, and show producer in the Greater Boston area. After being crowned Mx. Congeniality of the Boston Drag Gauntlet: Cycle 8, Bossí has curated numerous successful productions such as Drag Me Out Thursdays and Boots at the Mill, with more exciting projects on the horizon! Bossi is excited to join the PTB-Health family.

Jared harper
Jared Harper, Registered Manager of General Operations at Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy combines clinical expertise with a passion for inclusive care. Active in LGBTQ+ advocacy he champions equitable healthcare for underserved and under privledged groups. Outside work, he enjoys traveling, baking, gardening, and connecting through shared experiences.

kelly Schutzberg
Kelly is a public speaker, middle school educator, and national advocate for transgender youth. She contributes to Trans Studies in K-12 Education and hosts the award-winning TV program Kelly’s Quest: The Transnational Journey, amplifying trans voices. A longtime leader in education and policy, she champions inclusive curriculum and LGBTQ+ rights.

Aaron Rosenberg
Aaron is a long-time pianist, music educator, and community advocate in Lowell. He organizes events fostering visibility, and connection across generations. Passionate about inclusive care and community building, he serves on the Committee, supporting Pathway to Better Health’s mission of next-gen, compassionate, stigma-free, gender-affirming care.

Jennease Hyatt
Jennease Hyatt, Community Liaison, Gilead Sciences, currently serves as Community Liaison for Gilead Sciences for the Boston/New England Market. In this role she provides training, technical assistance and capacity building support to community based and health serving organizations throughout New England and beyond.

lolan SEVilla
Lolan is a strategist, cultural worker, and organizer leading Artful Praxis Consulting. With experience across philanthropy, public health, and grassroots organizing, they specialize in crisis response, leadership development, and coalition building. A National Writers Union member, Lolan co-edited Walang Hiya and co-authored Speak Up About It.

kris hickman
Kris brings experience in education, healthcare, and activism to Pathway to Better Health. A former U.S. Army Reserve medic, they now teach at the STEM Academy. Committed to ground-level empowerment, Kris believes inclusive healthcare is essential to community strength. They live by the reminder: “You can’t die on every hill…”

JON DEACON
Jon (He/Him) is a lifelong advocate for LGBTQ health equity and community well-being. Beginning at the Provincetown AIDS Support Group, he has championed compassionate HIV care and mutual aid. Jon is dedicated to advancing health justice by ensuring dignity, access, and community power for Queer and Trans people.

AM Rausa
AM Rausa, LCSW (they/them), is a therapist and social worker from Southern New Hampshire. Representing Cervitude Coalition on PTBH’s advisory board, AM is passionate about resourcing marginalized communities. Their interests span TGNC rights, neurodiversity, disability justice, survivor support, and decolonized mental health. AM is honored to contribute to Lowell’s community health.

HENRY JEROME
Henry Jerome holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science and has worked across the pharmaceutical industry to improve patient experiences and clinical outcomes. A proud member of the LGBTQ community, Henry brings both professional expertise and lived experience to Pathway to Better Health, helping advance equitable access to healthcare.

Siobhan McDonough
Siobhan (she/her) is a union leader, community organizer, and attorney advancing LGBTQ+ rights. She represents clients at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, leads name change clinics, and hosts “Know Your Rights” trainings, working to ensure equal treatment and expand access to gender-affirming healthcare across eastern Massachusetts.

JOE McGRATH
Joe (they/them) is a lifelong resident of the Merrimack Valley. They are passionate about making and supporting safe, inclusive and stigma free spaces in the Greater Lowell area. Joe is a proud member of the Lowell and queer communities. They are excited to a part Pathway to Better Healths advisory committee.
