Our gender affirming hormone therapy services include:

Gender Affirming Transcare

Here's what you can expect when you visit us:

  • Individualized care plan
    We will work with you to develop an individualized care plan to help you reach your desired treatment goals.
  • Regular check-ins
    Patients newly starting on hormone therapy will be evaluated with lab work and check-ins, either virtually or in-person, at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months to monitor for any side effects and desired outcomes over the first year. Once stable, monitoring can be extended to every 6-12 months.
